Shipping/Return Policy for Personal Jewels

Shipping

We ship free to the Continental United States for all orders over $50.00. Orders under $50.00 will be charged a flat rate of $7.00.

Personal Jewels jewelry is handmade. The time to handmake your order and the delivery time of USPS to deliver your order is usually 7-10 business days from the time of your order. If you need your order rushed please contact admin@personaljewels.com. We do not offer free expedited shipping at this time. We only ship Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

Your entire order will be shipped to a single address. If there is no one present to sign for your package, it will still be left at the address provided. Personal Jewels is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. You must provide correct information prior to shipment. You are responsible for packages upon delivery.

Returns or Store Credit

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. All returns or exchanges must be authorized by Personal Jewels. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To return or exchange an item, please complete the return form.

You can return a product for up to 10 business days from the date that your items were delivered to you. Returns received outside of the 10 business day window will be issued Personal Jewel's Credit via an Electronic Gift Card.

***You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items are final sale.

Expectations

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
